1. Scope

The following business and contractual conditions apply to all services provided by the company ILS, Ilmberger Limousine Service, 85609 Dornach / Aschheim. At the latest with the use of our services, these conditions are binding and accepted.

2. Offer and contracting

All our offers are subject to change and apply only to the requested order. The customer can order his writing, orally, or give electronically. Short-term order changes require our confirmation. The Client undertakes to us all relevant data, such as location, date, number of passengers (possibly with contact phone number) and flight data to provide. We are not obliged to check the delivered data for accuracy.

3. Prices and payments

Whichever is agreed in the contract rent. The prices are, unless otherwise agreed, exclusive of the additional costs incurred in the respective order. This can, parking costs, highway vignettes or other be any expenses incurred as part of the order placed, for example. For any accommodation costs also the client has to pay. The accounts of the company ILS, Ilmberger Limousine Service, are due upon receipt. Of course, the customer can pay directly in the car by cash or credit card bill. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

4. Cancellation Terms

The Customer may withdraw from the contract before driving. If the principal of this opportunity or should he not take without our withdrawal of our service, so ILS, Ilmberger Limousine Service has the right to adequate compensation. The amount of which is determined by the amount of the agreed rental price. This is true even if the customer is not at fault.

For cancellations we charge:

• To 72 hours before driving 33% of the agreed rental
• Up to 48 hours before the start of the journey 50% of the agreed rental
• Until 24 hours before the start of the journey 75% of the agreed rental

5. Transportation

A transportation is no obligation. Excluded from the transportation are individuals who pose a threat to the security and order.

6. Customer's duty

Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles. The passengers have to abide by the instructions of the driver. The vehicle shall wear a seat belt, failure to comply with any damage claims can be asserted. Passengers act contrary to the instructions of the driver or make it to the highway code is a threat to road safety, also by impairment of the driver, we are entitled to exclude them from the carriage. In non-contractual handling of the contract may be terminated with immediate effect, if the passenger does not react to a warning. In this case, the full rental price is calculated. A claim for compensation is not for the customer. The customer is responsible for all caused by him or his guests damage or severe contamination.

7. Liability of ILS, Ilmberger Limousine Service

We accept no liability for any damages or losses vehicle, unless it is due to intent or gross negligence on our part.

8. Privacy

The company ILS, Ilmberger limousine service, assures you that all data will be treated confidentially. To third parties any data is shared.

9. Place of performance

The place of performance is the registered office of the company. For the execution of contracts, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall prevail.

10. Ineffectiveness of individual provisions

The invalidity of individual provisions of the contract including these terms and conditions for the rental car traffic has not invalidate the entire contract.
